What is your booking process?
So here's how this works - in order to save the date, 50% of your session is due immediately. After the retainer is paid, we will discuss in detail about your session. Once your session date is here, it's time to have FUN! After finalizing the session, it's edited, and delivered through an online gallery.
Why do I need to pay a retainer?
A retainer fee is paid upfront to secure your date & time. The retainer is deducted from the package price leaving a balance due (if applicable). Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
What happens if I can't make it to my session?
Don't worry, this happens to all of us! Whether it's related to weather/sickness/or last-minute changes, we can reschedule.
If you know you can't make it to your booked session (excluding weddings & elopements) I ask you to contact me 7-10 days prior to your session to reschedule. Your retainer will be used towards your new date.
If you don't arrive or cancel your session for whatever reason, your retainer is not refundable.
Do you travel?
I do! Traveling is what makes the experience so much better. Whether it would be for a wedding, game coverage, or a grad shoot, I will be there!
If I don't see the session Im looking for- can you photograph it?
This question gets asked quite frequently and the answer is YES. If it's not listed above, contact me just in case.
What is your turnaround time for photos?
On average, grads & portrait work will have a 7-10 day turnaround while bigger events such as weddings have 60-90 days.
Can I get prints from my session?
Yes! Your online gallery is linked to a print company I trust which offers great quality products.
Looking to print your images elsewhere? You will need a print release.
